Bansuri - Hindu Weddings Invitation Website Template

A blush, wine and gold wedding invitation website with a flute-and-peacock monogram, for Punjabi and North Indian families. Every function on one link.

About this design

Bansuri is a digital wedding invitation website in blush, wine and gold, named for the flute on its monogram - Krishna's bansuri, with a peacock feather resting on it and a lotus at its foot. Instead of a printed card, you get your own link. You send it on WhatsApp and it opens in seconds on any phone.

It arrives as a sealed envelope with your monogram on the wax. One tap opens it, and the invitation unfolds the way a printed card reads: the Ganesh invocation, the blessing of your elders, your two names in a flowing script with your parents beneath each, and the date written out large.

Everything inside is yours to set. A scratch-to-reveal date, a card for every function - sagan, haldi, the after party, the wedding - each with its time and its own painted artwork, a wardrobe note per ceremony, the venue with a map and a word on how to reach it, and your photographs as a stack of polaroids that land one at a time. Background music, a countdown, an RSVP with a line for advice, and your hashtag at the end.

It is made for you by hand, not picked off a shelf, and two rounds of changes are included. The link stays yours for life.
